Privacy Policy
Effective July 11, 2026
Who we are
SaveNote ("the app," "we," "us") is published by DreamTeamApps. This policy explains what information the app handles and how.
Your notes
The notes you create — whether typed or spoken — are stored locally on your device. We do not operate a server that collects or stores your notes, and we do not have access to their contents. If you use Apple's iCloud device backup, your notes may be included in that backup, which is handled entirely by Apple under Apple's privacy policy.
Microphone & speech recognition
To add a note by voice, the app uses your device's microphone and Apple's Speech Recognition to convert what you say into text. This transcription is performed by Apple's built-in speech framework (on your device and/or via Apple's speech services, per Apple). SaveNote does not record, keep, or send your audio to us or to any third party — only the resulting text becomes your note, stored on your device.
Siri
You can use Siri to add notes hands-free (for example, "add a note in SaveNote"). Siri requests are processed by Apple according to Apple's privacy policy; SaveNote only receives the text needed to create your note.
What we do NOT collect
- No account, sign-in, name, or email is required to use the app.
- No advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking SDKs.
- No location data.
- We never sell or rent your information — because we don't collect it.
Subscriptions
SaveNote offers an optional subscription. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store — Apple handles payment and manages your subscription. We do not receive or store your payment details.
Children
SaveNote is a general-purpose notes app and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll revise the effective date above. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
