Clean N Book — Privacy Policy

Who we are

Clean N Book is developed by DreamTeamApps LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains how the Clean N Book iOS app handles information.

Information the app stores

Clean N Book helps you run a cleaning business, so it stores the information you enter, including: client names and contact details, addresses, cleaning schedules, checklists, notes, payment tracking, and any job photos you add. This is your data. It is stored:

• On your device, using Apple's on-device database (SwiftData); and
• In your own private iCloud (Apple CloudKit private database), if you are signed into iCloud — so it can sync between your own devices (for example your iPhone and iPad).

DreamTeamApps does not receive, access, or store any of this information. iCloud syncing is performed entirely by Apple between your own devices under your Apple ID, and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Camera & photos

If you choose to add a photo to a cleaning job, the app uses your camera or photo library to attach that image. Photos are stored with your job data (on device / your iCloud) and are never uploaded to us or to any third party.

What we do NOT do

• No accounts or sign-ups with us.
• No analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs.
• No selling or sharing of your data with anyone.
• No third-party data collection.

Children

Clean N Book is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.

Deleting your data

You can delete clients, jobs, and photos inside the app at any time. Deleting the app removes its on-device data. Data synced to your iCloud can be managed or removed through your device's iCloud settings.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
